I ordered 13 bottles of essential oils from this company in late March (paid with PayPal). When they arrived in early April and I opened them, it was clearly evident that these are not pure essential oils but are cut with petroleum derivatives since all of the oils smelled like scented turpentine. I looked at the company return policy which requires that one has a RMA or RGA number. I contacted them to let them know I was dissatisfied with their product and asked for a number so I could return them. They provided the number, I repackaged the oils in their original shipping material and box and sent them via USPS with delivery confirmation. The oils arrived back at the company on April 9. As of the writing of this review, April 30, and despite repeated emails to them, I have not received a refund despite the fact that they claim a 3-5 business day refund policy. Let the buyer beware.
This is a nice starter pack of essential oils. They have worked very well in providing a nice scent to the house using the aroma-sonic scent diffuser. The lids on the bottles close tightly to prevent spills and the built-in dropper makes it easy to add a few drops without making a mess.

I am just getting into essential oils and their benefits. I didnt really know how to use them until I started getting into it. I use them in my laundry, for all my cleaning products, lotion, diffuser and massage oil. The only thing I would suggest is getting a good book to discover their many uses!! This is a great set because it has all the basic essential oils for the begginer and someone who has been using them for a long time!!
